I love a sweet treat. From baked goods to coffee, I love making it all. As a kid I wanted to be a pastry chef, now I live that childhood dream of serving warm sweet treats, as a Barista.
I didn’t start out as a coffee drinker, I was more interested in tea. But now thanks to Stumptown Coffee training, I can taste the difference between a 24 vs 26 second shot.
Someday I will be able to create a swan with my latte art . For now I will focus on perfecting my ferns.
